California Common craft beer is a light amber to amber colored beer with a medium body. It has a notable malti-caramel character both in flavor and often in aroma. Hop bitterness ranges from medium to medium high and is balanced by a low / medium-low degree of fruity and malt esters to give an overall impression of balance and drinkability. The aroma and hints of hops range from low to medium-low.
