Artisan Saison Beer

Saison craft beer is commonly a light Belgian Ale, refreshing, very attenuated, moderately bitter and of medium alcohol content, with an extremely dry finish. It is typically very carbonated. Grains other than barley and spices (optional) can be used to add complexity and to complement the character of the yeast, which is fruity, spicy and not overtly phenolic.
